nokia 6020 (no operator found)

sir, namastey *** salaam valaikum, i have a nokia 6020 in the fault of no operator found first i flashed it with latest version with pm then sir i give antenaa derect jumper, and rehot pa and nr. components. but no result only no operator found, kindly give me good solution for this, and sir first give me an good (best) pm file second give good suggesion and solution sir i have most hope for this, soon as possible, i am waiting......................... thanks in advanceeeeeeeeeeeeee. ashish mobile

well,after you change an antenaa and rehot pa but it is still no operater found ,you try to change the uem.
