2310 light hard problem

i hav a nokia 2310 that fallen.
so lights gone.
i hav changed the ic, coil but still not working.wen i made conn. like this[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]in schematic

the is recieved from this transistors's single side pin that is on right side.

but it is not working.
what shud i do
does anybudy hav its equivalent device knowledge???????
